The Role
You’ll handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and shared ownership transactions
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing files from start to finish
- Title checks and reporting to clients
- Drafting contracts and handling enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
- Exchange, completion and post completion work
