Druck Ltd designs and manufactures a range of sensors and instrumentation products that are utilized in a vast array of market segments. We have 600 employees on our site in North West Leicestershire. This role involves exposure to FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain Finance related activities.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
- Provide daily updates on key financial metrics such as orders, sales, and convertible orders for the Druck business.
- Perform variance analysis on orders and revenue for key functional stakeholders, helping to explain changes in product mix vs. plan and versus prior periods.
- Produce the Sales Price Index, Orders Price Index & Backlog Pricing metric reports to help business product line leaders make informed decisions regarding price/discount decisions.
- Conduct product contribution margin analytics to support product profitability performance analysis – helping to make decisions on pricing, discounts, and new product development.
- Run the Capital Expenditure Reporting Analysis for the Druck business (across multiple sites), tracking running spend vs. plan and providing insights on over/under spend on multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the Druck Global Services leader to provide weekly analysis on sales and cost performance across multiple global service centres.
- Maintain and develop multiple Power BI dashboards for commercial reporting analytics.
- Perform various other ad hoc finance tasks as requested.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Working towards a Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting & Finance.
- Basic knowledge of Excel functionalities such as VLOOKUP, IF Functions & Pivot Tables.
- A solid understanding of core Accounting principles such as double entry, P&L structure, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
- Strong analytical & practical problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience.
- Good people and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and respond effectively to requests.
