Miller, part of Connells Group, is looking for an experienced estate agency professional to join its team in St Ives, Cornwall.
You’ll value and list homes, win new instructions and build strong relationships with local sellers. With structured training and ongoing support, you’ll have opportunities to progress into leadership or specialist roles across Connells Group.
A Quick Look at the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
- Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
- Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
- Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
