We are seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader for our Southampton location (Bursledon, SO31 8AT). You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff to deliver quality food.
Responsibilities
- Train and inspire your chefs and kitchen team to deliver food you can be proud of.
- Be driven to smash targets with your team.
- Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
- Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
- Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
