Due to growth, the EMEA Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented Tech recruiter to be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating exceptional external talent across our Technology organization.
Principal Responsibilities
- Own and execute proactive strategies to identify and engage top talent across EMEA (with a focus on direct sourcing and outbound outreach).
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to build and maintain passive exceptional talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize a broad range of sourcing channels and position MLP as a destination of choice in a highly competitive industry.
- Assess and qualify candidates, assessing skills and fit, and present shortlists of top, relevant talent.
- Partner closely with wider Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define target profiles, and refine search strategies.
- Provide regular updates on market intelligence regarding talent availability and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and pipeline information within the ATS.
- Help drive efficiencies using data and AI tooling.
- Help refine and improve talent attraction processes, tools, and best practices across the Global Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years previous experience in a headhunting/search firm focusing on Technology/AI/Quants beneficial.
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging with in-demand, elite passive tech/quant/AI talent in a competitive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in outreach and candidate/stakeholder engagement.
- Strong research skills, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence.
- Strong relationship management skills; able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Resilient self-starter with a strong work ethic and a high level of curiosity about markets.
- Excellent attention to detail; able to manage multiple searches and pipelines simultaneously.
- Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, high-pressure, constantly changing environment.
- Comfortable with data and utilization of AI tools.
