We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to manage the flow of contingent talent through a network of specialized vendors. This role focuses on requisition management, vendor coordination, and candidate pipeline oversight supporting business and technology teams across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to gather detailed requirements for contingent roles (skills, experience, duration, rate ranges, work location) across US, UK & Ireland.
  • Create and manage requisitions for contingent roles and distribute them to appropriate specialized vendors using own network where appropriate.
  • Brief agencies on role context, priorities, and target profiles; clarify questions to ensure alignment.
  • Review candidate submissions from agencies; ensure alignment with requirements and hiring manager expectations.
  • Work closely with Vendor Management and Legal to onboard new agencies.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition experience or vendor management experience with meaningful exposure to contingent or contract hiring.
  • Prior experience working with staffing agencies in a corporate environment.
  • Understanding of common contingent labor billing structures and engagement models (W2, C2C, markups, pay vs. bill rates).
  • Understanding of UK/Ireland contract market highly beneficial, but not essential.
  • Experience within financial services or supporting front-office/trading, technology, or operations roles strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with recruiting or VMS tools and strong attention to data accuracy and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with demanding, fast-paced business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and priorities.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving in ambiguous or time-sensitive situations.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on speed, quality, and compliance.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with both internal teams and external agencies.
