Meet the Team
The Capital Markets team sits within Millennium’s Execution Services division and supports the firm’s activities across a broad range of equity and equity‑linked transactions. The team spans both private and public markets, covering initial public offerings (IPOs), sell‑downs, structured products such as convertible bonds, PIPEs and SPACs, and private and public capital raisings. Beyond transaction execution, the team represents Millennium in the market and builds relationships with private and public companies, working closely with investment banks, advisors, sponsors, trading teams, portfolio managers, and internal control and support functions across the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Execute equity and equity‑linked transactions across EMEA, including IPOs, sell‑downs, private and public capital raisings, convertible bonds and structured transactions.
- Build and deepen relationships with relevant corporates, sponsors, advisors and market participants across the region.
- Drive all stages of deal execution, including materials, diligence, approvals, investor feedback and bank coordination.
- Monitor key portfolio and pipeline companies, including post‑investment and IPO‑related developments.
- Represent Millennium in company meetings and other market‑facing interactions, independently or alongside SPMs, PMs and Analysts.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across investing, execution and control functions.
- Deliver market analysis and execution support to the broader team.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity, Private Capital Markets, or Equity Research.
- Bachelor’s degree paired with relevant work experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of rigor.
- High motivation and a solid work ethic.
- Proven maturity to engage with professionals at all levels across the firm.
- Outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively as part of a team.
- Strong judgment, with the ability to make quick and complex decisions, and a sound understanding of risk, controls and compliance.
