Join to apply for the Graduate Analyst – Trading & Quant role at Millennium. This is a unique opportunity to join an established portfolio management team, with over 10 years of experience at Millennium, which actively trades Global Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity markets out of London. You will receive continuous training while working across all the team’s functions – including trading, research and software development. This is a highly demanding and rewarding fast‑track role.

This position requires an analytical approach to problem‑solving, as well as outstanding organizational and multi‑tasking skills. It requires you to have a keen eye for detail and to be able to deliver in a fast‑paced and challenging environment, while remaining focused under pressure.

  • Independent and collaborative problem solving
  • Rotations across the team’s functions, with training in and contribution to all areas of the business
  • Developing proprietary analytical software to support the trading activities of the team
  • Researching trading strategies and generating trade ideas
  • Negotiating and executing trades across global markets

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Recent graduate from an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program
  • Strong quantitative academic background, for example with a strong undergraduate or postgraduate degree(s) in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science or Economics
  • Experience of programming is beneficial, but not essential
  • Detail oriented and thorough, with good research skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and practical implications
