We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior members of the EMEA Equities team in London. This is a fast‑paced position in a dynamic environment. This will be a fully onsite role.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Arrange, confirm, and manage very busy calendars; schedule meetings, external candidate interviews and related logistics.
- Assist with on‑the‑ground schedules and arrangements for senior leadership team visitors.
- Arrange travel and entertainment.
- Submit expense reports.
- Partner and build relationships with many other departments in the firm.
- Coordinate internal and external events, including learnings.
Must be able to prioritise in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure, constantly changing environment. Very strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and by email. Experience and skill in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must be a self‑starter, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. Quick learner; detail‑oriented; demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work. Excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourceful. Good team player, able to roll up their sleeves, with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
