We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our Employee Experience and Engagement team within the Human Resources department of Millennium. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field who is passionate about driving employee growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end delivery of regional offerings, including planning, scheduling, logistics and evaluation for the region.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives working closely with the local coordinator.
- Track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness, impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for learning initiatives.
- Experienced and highly competent at hosting and facilitating regional sessions, including briefing speakers and conducting learning workshops for large groups.
- Proficiency in designing workshops and localizing learning content and materials to ensure relevance for the region while maintaining global standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business goals.
- Act as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on learning opportunities and career development.
- Support and advise department leaders within the region where applicable.
- Utilize our Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage course registrations, track attendance and report on program outcomes.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of learning programs and recommend improvements.
- Support the team on general administrative tasks.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field of experience.
- Self-directed, solution orientated and organized problem solver with a desire to contribute to Millennium’s reputation and success.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, stakeholder management, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levels.
- Strong program management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working collaboratively across a global team of colleagues.
