We are seeking an engaging and dynamic AI Developer Advocate to lead the development and delivery of internal training programs focused on AI across the firm. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to build engaging, impactful content and deliver workshops tailored to diverse audiences, including developers, and other technical and non-technical users.
This role requires a strong understanding of AI concepts, developer workflows, and software development practices, coupled with exceptional communication and facilitation skills. You will play a key role in ensuring our teams stay ahead of the curve in AI knowledge and application, driving innovation and competitive advantage across the firm.

Responsibilities- Developer Enablement and Advocacy: Act as a champion for AI adoption and best practices within the organization, enabling developers to build and deploy AI-driven solutions.
- Content Development and Collaboration: Design and develop engaging training content, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, hands-on labs, and technical documentation, with a focus on developer enablement.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions for diverse groups, including developers, portfolio managers, and business leaders. Travel as needed to conduct workshops and training sessions at various locations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., AI developer tools, consumer LLM products, AI agents, AI harnesses, tradeoffs required to use LLMs for different tasks).
- Familiarity with developer workflows, software development processes, and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, IDEs).
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and frameworks, with the ability to distill insights into practical guidance for developers.
- Training and Facilitation: Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, or hands-on labs. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire technical audiences. Experience tailoring content and delivery methods to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including developers, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders. Experience designing and iterating training programs based on participant feedback and industry trends.
- Collaboration Mindset: Ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for AI adoption.
