Role: Team Leader
Location: Streethouse, Wakefield (WF7)
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £29,250 (£15.00 per hour)

What you’ll do
- Get to know the people we support, their preferences and goals, and champion what’s important to them.
- Build a positive and person-centred environment
- Grow and champion our Advanced Support Workers
- Build rotas to make sure the teams covered
- Keep all support plans up to date so each person receives tailored support
- Make sure we are compliant and delivering support safely
- Bring in new team members and support them to thrive
- Team up with our HR tribe to make great things happen
