People, Culture & Transformation Lead

Salary: From £60,000 per annum
Contract: 37.5 hours per week

We're looking for an inspiring and values-driven People, Culture & Transformation Lead to bring our People Milliefesto to life and shape our culture through everyday actions, behaviours and decisions. This is a pivotal leadership role, transforming our People function into a well-embedded part of our operational team, not a separate service, but a trusted partner in how we lead, develop and support our Millies.
You'll bring People Partnering, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition together as one connected People function, leading delivery of our People Milliefesto (our People strategy). Working alongside operational leaders, you'll turn that strategy into coordinated, practical action, shaping our culture, building managers' confidence and ownership of their people responsibilities, and embedding the People function within the day-to-day work of our operational teams.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a high performing People function, bringing People Partnering, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition together to deliver the People Milliefesto as one coordinated strategy, embedded within our operational teams.
- Bring the People Milliefesto to life across Millennium, leading cultural and organisational development so that our values shape everyday leadership behaviours, people decisions and ways of working.
- Build leadership and manager capability, creating confident and accountable leaders.
- Lead workforce planning, talent, succession and retention strategies.
- Transform learning and development by connecting it to operational needs, leadership capability and career growth, supporting development at every level.
- Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, change and future workforce needs.
- Champion technology and innovation to improve colleague and manager experiences.
- Turn workforce insight into meaningful action and organisational improvement.

What you'll bring
- A recognised professional qualification in HR, People Management, Learning & Development or a related People discipline, such as a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Significant leadership experience within a complex, operational or people-focused organisation.
- A strong track record of delivering cultural, organisational or service transformation.
- Experience developing leaders and building organisational capability.
- Success leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge across workforce planning, talent, learning, recruitment, retention and organisational development.
- A data-driven approach to decision making and continuous improvement.
