Millennium Support in Wakefield is seeking a Supported Living Team Leader who will lead by example, inspire teams, and develop staff to deliver person-centred care.
You’ll create rotas, ensure safe, compliant support, and build a positive environment for people with learning disabilities, autism, and distress behaviours.
The role is full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with an on-call rota 1 in 5 weeks; salary £15 per hour, with an emphasis on developing others and making a real difference.
