Millennium Support is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and manage a dedicated care team in Streethouse, Wakefield. This full-time, permanent role offers £15.00 per hour (£29,250 per year) and a 37.5-hour week.
You will lead by example, support people with complex needs, and ensure tailored, safe, and compliant care. You will recruit and develop staff, build rotas, maintain plans, and collaborate with HR to drive great outcomes for those we support.
