At Millennium we support vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. We support people in a person centred and positive way, in line with the Positive Behaviour Support Model. Since 1998, we've been growing and positively impacting the Health and Social Care sector, specialising in helping adults transition to safer and more independent lives.
What you'll do:
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs that display behaviours of distress.
- Help people gain life skills at home and in the community.
- Work in a team (2:1 support ratio) to deliver tailored support plans.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate support records.
- Empower individuals to engage in hobbies and interests.
