Your Impact
- Create a safe, person‑centred environment
- Coach and support Support Workers through supervisions
- Manage rotas and ensure safe staffing
- Update care plans, risk assessments and behaviour plans
- Build strong relationships with the people we support
- Work closely with HR, recruitment and your Service Manager
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
