Ready to lead, inspire and deliver the best kind of support? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our team in our residential service called Sunnywell, based in Cudworth, Barnsley.

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of support workers to deliver person-centred support to individuals with a learning disability, that may display behaviours of distress and complex needs.
What the role involves:
- Creating a safe, inclusive and person-centred environment
- Guiding and developing our Support Workers through regular supervisions
- Managing rotas to make sure staffing levels are safe and covered
- Supporting and updating care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour plans
- Building relationships with the people we support and their support networks
- Working with our HR and recruitment teams to meet the needs of the service
- Keeping our service manager updated with regular communication
- Supporting compliance by following policies, procedures, and regulations
- Completing compliance checks with guidance from our service manager
We’re looking for someone who is:

- A holder of (or is happy to work towards) a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
