We are Millennium Staffing, a healthcare staffing specialist. We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for one of our key clients in the Northampton area. As a Registered Nurse, you will be working at our client’s residential care facility.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring, assessing, and recording residents’ conditions, including vital signs.
- Leading and supervising Healthcare Assistants and support staff.
- Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing first aid where required.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining up-to-date care records.
- Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents, and family members.
- Supporting residents with dignity and respect while promoting independence.
- Participating in care planning and clinical reviews.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and professional nursing standards.
- Delivering reports to Care Managers and highlighting any significant changes in residents’ conditions.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
- Previous experience working in a care home or similar setting preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
