Overview
As Collaboration & Mobility Engineer, you enable secure, scalable collaboration by administering Intune-based mobility solutions and Entra/Application Proxy configurations. You collaborate across global teams to publish and protect on-premises apps, manage mobile policy and integration, and support secure access deployments. You’ll drive migrations, testing, and automation to improve operational efficiency and service quality. This role supports Millennium’s multi-manager model by delivering resilient mobility infrastructure that empowers teams and accelerates transformation.
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and app protection; lead migrations of devices and apps
- Manage lifecycle of mobile apps across corporate and BYOD environments, including deployment, upgrades, and retirement
- Design and maintain Microsoft Entra Application Proxy solutions with pre-authentication and SSO
- Engineer and support Microsoft Global Secure Access, integrating with Conditional Access and monitoring
- Coordinate iOS/iPadOS release readiness and partner on Intune SDK integration, managed browser, and SSO
- Validate mobile app policies and connectivity; monitor health, capacity, and performance
- Resolve requests and incidents via ServiceNow; manage vendor support cases with Microsoft, Apple, and others
- Automate processes, contribute to global infra projects, and document procedures
Key requirements
- Experience with mobile device management and app management using Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Microsoft Entra Application Proxy and Global Secure Access
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of mobile app development for iOS/Android; BlackBerry UEM preferred
- Broad knowledge of Windows Server, network design, storage, and load balancing
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent judgment
