b Overview /b p In this role you will support the full campus recruiting lifecycle for undergraduate and graduate candidates within Millennium’s HR team. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, build pipelines, and deliver university recruitment strategies across EMEA. You will plan on-campus and in-house events, nurture candidate relationships, and contribute to internship program management. This is an opportunity to influence Millennium’s talent pipeline and development across multiple regions, aligning with the firm’s growth and collaborative culture. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Support the full recruitment lifecycle for undergraduate and graduate candidates, from sourcing and interviewing through offer management and onboarding. /li li Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs, build robust talent pipelines, and develop effective campus recruiting strategies. /li li Develop and execute university recruitment strategies across EMEA (London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, Paris, Switzerland). /li li Collaborate with hiring managers during the recruitment process and for summer internship programs. /li li Plan and deliver on-campus and in-house recruiting events to strengthen university presence and candidate engagement. /li li Build strong relationships with candidates and new hires to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience. /li li Support the planning and management of the internship program across multiple phases of the candidate and intern lifecycle. /li li Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and candidates, identifying challenges and proposing practical solutions. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and university hiring processes. /li li Prior campus or university recruiting experience; financial services experience is a plus. /li li Ability to build trusted, collaborative partnerships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. /li li Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, develop innovative ideas, and drive effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. /li li Strong talent attraction and candidate engagement capabilities. /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills. /li li Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity. /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li strong communication /li li collaboration /li li problem solving /li li adaptability /li li applicant tracking system /li /ul
