Strategic Solutions and Implementation
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new product offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements, build frameworks, and ensure product readiness for launch.
- Manage fund launch initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Define operational scope, assesses group risk, and reviews technological solutions to improve efficiency and workflow processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including capital development, legal, compliance, middle office, finance, and technology.
- Oversee program management for new initiatives, serving as the escalation point for complex challenges.
- Ensure alignment across various teams for seamless execution of projects.
- Provide ongoing support for BAU activities post-launch, ensuring operational continuity and addressing any issues.
- Manage relationships with investors, (including separately managed accounts) addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Work closely with the technology team to define requirements, implement solutions, and ensure operational systems meet business needs.
- Drive business transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Develop strategies for operational optimization and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in business management, process optimization, program management, or related roles.
- Experience in finance/business related function preferred (operations, middle office, finance, etc)
- Familiarity with institutional trading workflows, fund operations, technology and financial instruments, with experience driving front to back change
- Prior experience in fund launches, separately managed accounts, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of operating model design and process optimization.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration, presentation and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Familiarity with financial services platforms, cost allocation models, and fund operations.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a structured manner

The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000 , which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
