Cross-Asset Valuations Technical Business Analyst
Equity Portfolio Pricing and Analytics Business Analyst
Millennium is expanding its pricing and valuations team to design, implement, and operate the next-generation firm-wide pricing, risk, and PnL platform for derivative products. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a high-growth area within Millennium.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology, quants and market data teams to gather and document business requirements in Confluence, technical requirements in JIRA, and/or project level integration analysis on a project-by-project basis
- Develop and lead project plans, timelines and milestones and track progress against deliverables, facilitating cross-functional collaboration between quants, technology, and trading teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Developing and enforcing project governance for various initiatives and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. Set up and run working groups across different groups as required.
- Manage the inventory and prioritization of initiatives and system/workflow enhancements
Qualifications
- An advanced degree or equivalent in a quantitative subject such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, plus at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of equity derivatives products and risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate at detailed levels to development teams and users, and executive updates to senior stakeholders.
- Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work, with a good sense of urgency
- Team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
- Good coding skills in python or similar languages
