We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. This is an exciting time to join the team where you will be working alongside the Head Chef and will be involved in creating new menus for our restaurant & Bar. Sous Chef / Wok Chef will have:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef/ Wok chef in a high-quality Hotel or Restaurant
- Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce
- Experience scheduling and reviewing staff rotas
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
