As a Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be the vital support to the management team. Our R&B Manager will be responsible for our all-day Asian dining restaurant concept, serving authentic Singaporean, Malaysian and Chinese cuisine at Bugis Singapore restaurant and Bar. With a passion for service and a real understanding of how to encourage a diverse team to deliver for our guests, you will have a solid background in hotel F&B operations and become an integral part of our senior management team.
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to achieve increased sales and for overseeing the overall operation of R&B and room service. Candidates with previous experience working in high-quality Asian restaurants or restaurants specialising in Asian cuisine will be highly desirable, as this experience will help them understand the menu, service style, and guest expectations.

Restaurant and Bar Manager will have:
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
- Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and to ensure food quality and consistency is always where it should be.
- Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
- Being visible during R&B outlets operating hours and remain engaged towards guests.
- The ability to lead by example and be hands on in your approach.
- Multi departmental budgeting and forecasting experience; a clear understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar business.
- You are all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
