Sales Operations Manager Our Central Sales team is growing and we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager, who will report to the VP of Sales and Partnership UK/EU and key Central Sales’ HODs and will play an integral role in the performance of our Central Sales Support Team. This role will lead our RFP, Sales Coordinators and Data Analyst teams to ensure all internal KPI’s are met. This position plays an important role in monitoring real-time business performance by interpreting data, and recommending immediate actions This role sits within a strategic planning and operations function, partnering closely with the Hotels Sales team and key stakeholders to bring operational rigour, automation and data-driven decision making to complex commercial programs. Key Responsibilities: To contribute the sales effort of the region, as directed, in line with overall financial objectives and provide the leadership team an accurate picture of sales performance per person per account as well as likely conversion of submitted RFPs. Help and support develop the sales team with sales training, system training and communication. Ensure to implement all marketing-led initiatives and keep up to date with market trends, competitor developments and customer performance and communicate this information to the relevant individuals within the Hotel and wider Millennium Hotels and Resorts organisation ensuring the sales team are fully briefed Reporting Processes – To assist with reporting
