Millennium Hotels and Resorts is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join its corporate regional sales team. This role will support the Central Sales Office in ensuring they collect and provide accurate management reports, coordinate sales activity, competition knowledge and communicate customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator:
- Support the Central and Hotels Sales teams and the Vice President of Sales - UK, Europe and Strategic Accounts.
- Support the creation and delivery of compelling sales proposals.
- Be responsible for dealing with any relevant customer queries.
- Collate and provide accurate management reports to ensure information relating to customer requirements, interests, market activities and personal activity is kept up to date through the use of M&C account management system.
- Provide assistance with the implementation & maintenance of the Sales database where required.
- Co-ordinate sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts at hotel level, national and international level.
- Regularly meet with the Director of Sales/Sales Managers to communicate customer feedback, problems encountered, sales information, competitor knowledge and product changes.
- Ensure the presentation of all sales and marketing advertising material reflects the image of the hotels and group and is compatible with the market segment to which it is directed.
