Overview
Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK are looking for a RFP Coordinator, who will be the heartbeat of our Request for Proposal process in our Central Sales Office, from first draft to final submission. You’ll keep the wheels turning by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring our bids shine in competitive markets.
In this role, you’ll:
- Coordinate RFP creation, submission, and follow-up with precision.
- Keep our RFP tracker up to date and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to make collaboration seamless.
- Maintain accurate data in key platforms like Lanyon, HRS, and Ratefinding.
- Help us optimise processes so we work smarter, not harder.
