We are looking for a competent Night Porter who can support the running of the hotel when most people's days are coming to an end. Your shift will be from 9:30 pm to 8 am. As the hotel is open 24 hours a day, the type of customer you will be dealing with may differ from those that you normally see at 3 pm. They may be in their pyjamas and may not all be sober.
As Night Porter, you will support the Night Duty Managers to ensure the effective running of the hotel during the night operation and support the Night Audit processes. You will ensure our guests receive the highest levels of service, responding to requests and dealing with any enquiries on reception, switchboard or from the hotel.
