We are looking for a Casual Receptionist to deliver excellent customer service to guests at The Copthorne Hotel. The role requires hospitality experience and strong problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests.
- Manage all guest requests in a helpful and professional manner.
- Contribute fairly to the team’s workload during each shift to ensure seamless service for each guest.
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous hotel receptionist experience in a hotel environment using Opera CLOUD.
- Excellent problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
- Confidence, professionalism and an engaging personality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for the industry.
- At least 1 year of hotel receptionist experience (preferred).
Schedule & Availability
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
- Variety of shifts, including occasional overnight shifts for holidays or sickness.
Location
Work Location: In person. The Copthorne Hotel Plymouth, located in the heart of the city centre.
