Key Responsibilities
- Know the city’s activities and restaurants, and maintain contacts to maximize guest service.
- Perform all reasonable services a guest may require; anticipate guests’ requests to satisfy them efficiently and promptly.
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional conduct when meeting guests’ needs.
- Ensure proper handling of guest messages, mail, packages, flowers, and faxes.
