The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a dynamic and energetic Night Manager, who has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the house during the late hours, serving a mix of residents, members, and guests. The Night Manager needs a strong background in a hotel night-time front-of-house role, with a passion for creating memorable moments, attention to detail, and personalised guest service.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Front of House Operations during the Night shift, including ensuring staffing levels are adequate within all Departments.
- To ensure that all control procedures pertaining to the processing of all financial matters are adhered to at all times including an accurate log of checks. Any discrepancies are reported in the correct manner.
- Directly communicates with the Front of House Manager regarding all points concerning the Front Desk and Guest Services department at night.
- Conduct daily briefings with all Front Office staff to ensure that all are aware of hotel movement.
- Ensure guest communication is executed in a timely manner, either written or verbal.
- Ensure shift handovers are completed in a comprehensive manner.
