We're looking for a talented Chef to join our professional kitchen brigade at the Copthorne Hotel Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef who enjoys delivering high-quality dishes, supporting junior team members, and developing their skills within a leading international hotel group.

Salary : up to £29,328 pa
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise mise en place for service
- Deliver exceptional food for restaurant and banqueting operations
- Support, coach and develop junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintain outstanding standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a CDP, ideally within a hotel environment
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
