At Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK, we are seeking a Telesales Executive to support the Central Event booking department in maximising revenue and fostering strong client relationships through effective and efficient sales techniques. This role involves providing excellent customer service to all customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities- Experience in outbound calls, particularly in telesales or call centres, anyone in hospitality, retail, customer service or similar industries
- Researching and identifying new business through varied lead generation tactics
- Building and nurturing close working relationships with businesses and agencies to drive sales
- Building Millennium brand awareness through excellent execution and effective communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of success in Telesales or similar roles, with a focus on target achievement
