Responsibilities
- Perform day‐to‐day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise.
- Assist in the implementation of the energy conservation program.
- Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard.
- Keep technical training knowledge and skills up to date.
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition.

Qualifications
- Good mechanical, electrical, plumbing and engineering knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic understanding of air‐conditioning and ventilation / HVAC.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to communicate efficiently on any subject of department responsibilities.
- Fluent in English and excellent grooming standards.
