Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK are looking for a Regional Food & Beverage Manager/Director UK to lead and drive our food and beverage strategy across multiple hotel portfolios. In this role, you will direct a crossâfunctional team to develop and deliver innovative F&B concepts and solutions, ensuring our offerings enhance commercial performance, strengthen brand recognition and create outstanding value and experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead with confidence, combining strong presentation skills with exceptional project management and organisational expertise, alongside effective influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Evaluate and approve F&B concepts to ensure regional relevance while maintaining full alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct regular market research to assess regional suitability, competitive landscapes, and target audiences, ensuring concepts remain commercially compelling.
- Provide handsâon concept development support to existing hotels, helping evolve and elevate their F&B offerings.
- Prepare and present detailed F&B concept briefs for internal stakeholder review, progressing to ownership groups and their representatives.
- Develop and maintain robust projectâtracking processes, ensuring clear communication and visibility of progress for all stakeholders.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with thirdâparty suppliers, designers, consultants and concept partners where required.
- Generate innovative practical solutions to overcome functionâspecific challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Be flexible and mobile with the ability to travel up to 20% of your working time.
