The Millennium Gloucester Hotel is looking for a dynamic and energetic Night Manager, who has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the house during the late hours, serving a mix of residents, members, and guests. The Night Manager needs a strong background in a hotel night-time front-of-house role, with a passion for creating memorable moments, attention to detail, and personalised guest service.
The Night Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the Front of House Operations during the Night shift, including ensuring staffing levels are adequate within all Departments.
- Ensuring that all control procedures pertaining to the processing of all financial matters are adhered to at all times, including an accurate log of checks. Any discrepancies are reported in the correct manner.
- Directly communicating with the Front of House Manager regarding all points concerning the Front Desk and Guest Services department at night.
- Conducting daily briefings with all Front Office staff to ensure that all are aware of hotel movement.
- Ensuring guest communication is executed in a timely manner, either written or verbal.
- Ensuring shift handovers are completed in a comprehensive manner.
