If yes, we would like to meet you! We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Our guests stay 7 days a week, so we do need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts from 7am to 2am any day of the week, but we are willing to have an open discussion about possible shift patterns with applicants!
As our Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, your main duties will be:
- Providing the service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, predominantly working within the bar and cellar, stocking shelves and occasionally being available for breakfast or evening restaurant team, or Meetings & Events working weddings, functions and other events.
- Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
- Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
- Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service position.
- Attentive, professional customer service skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
- Experience of processing payments (experience of Micros would be advantageous).
- Confidence, professionalism and engaging personality.
