If yes, we'd like to meet you! We are looking for dynamic individuals who put great customer service at the heart of everything they do. Our guests stay 7 days a week, so we need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts from 7 am to 2 am any day of the week; we are willing to discuss possible shift patterns with applicants.
Responsibilities
- Providing food and beverage services in the restaurant, predominantly working within the bar and cellar, stocking shelves, and occasionally assisting breakfast or evening restaurant teams or Meetings & Events for weddings, functions, and other events.
- Communicating confidently all food and beverage offerings available to customers.
- Accurately processing all payment transactions (cash, card, and room charging) according to company guidelines.
- Providing warm and welcoming service at all guest touch points, ensuring queries or requirements are handled accordingly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service position.
- Attentive, professional customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a large team.
- Experience processing payments (Micros experience advantageous).
- Confidence, professionalism, and an engaging personality.
