We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Head Housekeeper to join the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge.
As a Head Housekeeper, you will be a passionate individual who always strives to exceed expectations and can prioritise with strong time management. Our Head Housekeeper will lead the team in day-to-day operations, setting an example and serving as the primary point of contact internally for the Housekeeping department.

The Head Housekeeper will be
- Hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to do things better
- Working closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly in line with our commercial goals
- Responsible for recruitment, retain and develop high high-performing employees that uphold the hospitality values of the hotel.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while remaining cost-sensitive.
- Departmental role model and mentor working alongside your team and Being responsible for departmental communications
