We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Head Housekeeper to join the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge.

As a Head Housekeeper, you will be a passionate individual who always strives to exceed expectations and can prioritise with strong time management. Our Head Housekeeper will lead the team in day-to-day operations, setting an example and serving as the primary point of contact internally for the Housekeeping department.

Key Information:

  • Role: Head Housekeeper
  • Salary: ££ Competitive Salary + Bonus
  • Hours of Work: 40 hrs weekly

The Head Housekeeper will be

  • Hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to do things better
  • Working closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly in line with our commercial goals
  • Responsible for recruitment, retain and develop high high-performing employees that uphold the hospitality values of the hotel.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while remaining cost-sensitive.
  • Departmental role model and mentor working alongside your team and Being responsible for departmental communications
