At Millennium Hotels UK, we are seeking a Groups Supervisor to support the Groups department in maximising revenue and fostering strong client relationships through effective and efficient sales techniques and strategies. This role involves providing excellent customer service to all customers at all times. As a Groups Supervisor, you will work closely with our clients, agents, and team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of all aspects of the event.

Key responsibilities:- Managing and converting incoming Groups Business enquiries according to department standards, including proposal negotiation, upsell opportunities, revenue conversion, volume conversion, speed of conversion, TENT business management.
- Managing site visits for clients, bookers and event suppliers.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitor hotels and venues.
- Ensuring the team manages multi-property enquiries in a sensible manner.
- Supervising all professional post-contract communication, queries, amendments and planning with the client, right up to their event date.
- Resolving client disputes and complaints in a professional manner and within the guidelines issued.
- Working on behalf of, selling and converting the Group's business facility.
- Supporting accurate production of daily, weekly & monthly management information.
- Working with central team and management teams to propose efficiencies and improvements as appropriate, and adapting according to system and process changes required for the department.
