The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Groups Reservations Supervisor to lead the groups team in handling all incoming inquiries, rate quotes, contracts, deposits and communication of group bookings to maximise revenue.
You will manage Group Block Space for Leisure, Corporate, and Event groups, supervise Sales Executives and Coordinators, respond to inquiries with accurate quotations and input bookings into Fidelio and Opera systems.
