We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor - Events & Outlets to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across our meetings, events, and restaurant operations. This operational role will work across both Meetings & Events and our hotel outlets including Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen, providing flexibility and leadership across the department. You will play a key role in supervising service teams, ensuring smooth event delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise service during meetings, conferences, and events
- Support event setups and operational coordination
- Assist with daily operations within Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen
- Ensure service standards are consistently delivered
- Support and guide the Food & Beverage team during service
- Promote upselling opportunities and enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Experience in Food & Beverage or Banqueting operations
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
