The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising the F&B space to ensure company standards and guest satisfaction and to exceed customer needs in all areas of F&B.

  • The Food & Beverage Supervisor Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high levels of punctuality, and correct uniform standards of team members, facilitating any amendments or replacements of uniform that need to be made.
  • Divide duties and tasks among team members day-to-day, across all outlets and for meetings & events.
  • Check that food, beverage and any other relevant requisitions have been picked up and processed in line with hotel policy and procedure.
  • Train staff up to the expected hotel service and health and safety standards, ensuring the standard is consistently high and always demonstrated.
  • Motivate and praise staff to maintain high levels of motivation and engagement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
  • Confident individual who is adept at prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
