An exciting opportunity has become available at (hotel name) for the Restaurant Supervisor position. Our Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to our guests, delivering an exceptional standard of service and a memorable customer experience, and continually leading and inspiring the front of house team to do the same.

What we are looking for in a Restaurant Supervisor
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Head Waiter/Waitress within a fast‑paced restaurant or Hotel restaurant environment
- Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
- Creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
- Lead by example in the operation and support the food and beverage team
- Have a confident and outgoing personality
- Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers
- Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines
- Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly
- Managing day‑to‑day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
- Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals – making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Making sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely – always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste
