Due to an internal promotion, our Corporate Head Office at Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Distribution Services Executive to join our Revenue and Distribution team.
In this role, you will support the effective distribution of UK/EU hotel inventory and rates across all channels by maintaining accurate system configurations, ensuring CRS and PMS alignment, and managing GDS integrations. This role plays a key function in ensuring rate accuracy, system integrity, GDS connectivity performance, and overall service quality across UK and EU properties.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will support the Line Manager in implementing other strategic initiatives and will be required to provide support to other team members in delivering the agreed-upon objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Rate Loading & Content Management
- Accurately load and maintain rates, packages, and content in the Central Reservation System (CRS).
- Ensure consistency and parity across all connected channels, including Brand.com, GDS, and OTAs.
- Deliver training and ongoing coaching to internal stakeholders on rate loading procedures and troubleshooting CRS (currently Windsurfer) and GDS Systems.
- Manage and maintain hotel content across Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Ensure accuracy of rates, availability, and descriptive content (HODs).
- Coordinate with GDS providers to implement updates, new property activations, and system enhancements.
- Perform regular audits to ensure GDS listings are correctly displaying property information and aligned with CRS data.
- System Integration & Monitoring
- Monitor and maintain the reservation integration between CRS and Property Management Systems (PMS) to ensure seamless reservation flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface errors in collaboration with IT and vendor partners.
- Support testing and validation of new system integrations or updates.
