We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all‑encapsulating experience to our guests. You will work alongside the Head Chef, be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & bar, and contribute to a diverse, inclusive, supportive environment that values personality, passion, respect, teamwork and creativity.

- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast‑paced quality restaurant or hotel.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene.
