The predicted salary is between 40000 - 40000 £ per year.

Pay: Up to £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Planning all reactive and preventive maintenance schedules as required by internal processes.
  • Ensuring completion of all utility readings at required times daily.
  • Ensuring the whole team works safely at all times, conforming to statutory and company health and safety regulations, including fire procedures, manual handling, chemical usage, disposal of waste materials and reporting of accidents.
  • Complying with related regulations (e.g. COSHH).
  • Managing upkeep of hotel areas, keeping them free from daily wear and tear where possible, coordinating general painting, decorating and refurbishment works as required.
  • Maintaining a positive, efficient, motivated attitude with a friendly approach and an eye for detail.
  • Developing good working relationships with other departments, communicating effectively, being customer focused and able to work independently using initiative.
  • Adapting to flexible working patterns, including participation in and coordination of the out-of-hours 'On Call' rota.

Being fully qualified as an electrician and/or plumber and therefore legally able to complete related tasks is preferable. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities, but more an outline/framework against which further details will be provided at interview stage.

  • Qualified electrician and/or plumber, with competence to perform related tasks.
