Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded M&E & Groups Sales Manager to lead the operational delivery of meetings, conferences, and events. This exciting leadership role focuses primarily on Meetings & Events, ensuring flawless execution of conferences, banquets, and private events while driving revenue through proactive upselling and strong operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all meetings, conferences, and events
- Lead the operational execution of banqueting services
- Drive revenue through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless event delivery
- Lead and motivate the M&E operational team
- Ensure outstanding guest service and event execution
- Support outlet operations when required to maintain service excellence
